Denmark/Hong Kong: Carlsberg appoints new EVPs for Europe and Asia

After 12 years in various senior management positions, for the last two years as Executive Vice President Western Europe (inside.beer, 18.3.2019), Jacek Pastuszka will leave the Carlsberg Group at the end of February 2021. Mr. Pastuska Pastuszka, held the position as EVP Western Europe He will be replaced by Graham Fewkes, currently Carlsberg’s Executive Vice President for Asia, who will take over his role effective 1 March 2021.

Mr. Fewkes has extensive experience across both Carlsberg Group and the wider drinks industry, with a broad range of commercial roles since 1991 across Western & Eastern Europe for Grand Metropolitan plc, Foster's Brewing Group and Scottish & Newcastle. Since joining the Carlsberg Group in 2008, he has served as Commercial VP in Asia and joined the ExCom as SVP for Group Sales, Marketing and Innovation in 2014.

The vacancy in Asia will be filled with Leo Evers who has worked more than 20 years with Heineken, most recently as managing director of Heineken Vietnam from 2013 to 2019, and Regional Managing Director APAC from 2019. Mr. Evers will take over as Executive Vice President for Asia and become member of Carlsberg Group Executive Committee effective 1 July, 2021. He is a Dutch national and is married with four children. He will relocate to Hong Kong in July.
