Oettinger has finalized its new management structure following departure of former CEO Stefan Blaschak, who left the company around three months ahead of schedule. As previously reported (inside.beer, 12.02.2026), his tenure had already been approaching its planned conclusion, with responsibilities gradually being redistributed as part of a broader leadership restructuring. According to inside Getränke, Thilo R. Pomykala has taken over the role of CEO as of April 2026, acting as the central representative of the company internally and externally.
In his new position, Pomykala is responsible for marketing, sales, product development, and logistics. He brings decades of experience in the FMCG sector, including leadership roles at Hochwald Foods, where he spent more than six years as managing director, as well as previous positions at Unilever, Underberg, Meggle, and Hochland.
Alongside him, Pia Kollmar, owner and Managing Director responsible for finance, strategy, and procurement, remains a key figure in the leadership team. She had already reassumed a more direct management role earlier in 2026.
The third member of the management board is Dominika Steinberg, who has been with the company since 2015. Previously heading HR and IT, she now additionally oversees production and technical operations, completing the executive team.
The restructuring follows Blaschak’s earlier-than-planned departure, with the company confirming that the new leadership setup is now fully in place. In parallel, Peter Böck, former Sales Managing Director at Oettinger, has recently been appointed CEO of Oe International AG in Switzerland.
