The Technical University of Berlin is establishing an endowed professorship for the field of "Brewing and Beverage Technology". The full-time post at the university’s faculty III - Process Sciences - Institute of Food Technology and Food Chemistry, has already been published and the application period ended two weeks ago.
The position is to be filled after careful evaluation of all applications and is limited to five years with the option of a permanent appointment after the probationary period . The professorship is funded by the Research Institute for Brewing and Malting Technology, Berlin (VLB Berlin), a registered association involved in conducting research projects, training of brewing students, organizing scientific symposia and providing technical support for breweries and the related industries.
