India: Heineken Opens Hyderabad Tech Hub

Heineken has officially opened Heineken Business Services India in Hyderabad, strengthening its global capability network under EverGreen 2030. The centre adds an Asian pillar to existing hubs in Poland, Mexico and Brazil and is designed to support markets worldwide with finance, digital and technology services, data analytics and business process transformation.

The move follows Heineken’s broader plan to simplify operations, accelerate productivity and cut costs under EverGreen 2030 (inside.beer, 23.10.2025). The company expects its global business services network to expand to around 3,000 roles by 2030.

Harold van den Broek, Chief Financial Officer of Heineken, said the India opening strengthens the fundamentals behind EverGreen 2030 by enabling more efficient and digitally supported ways of working. Ákos Magyari, Senior Director Heineken Business Services, pointed to Hyderabad’s expertise in digital, AI and business services as a key reason for the location.

The new centre also closes a strategic coverage gap in Asia. By moving more specialist services into global hubs, Heineken wants local operating companies to focus more strongly on customers, consumers and market execution.
